The quality of products is ultimately decided by the quality of people.
Quality control is key to success. For every single project, we will exercise a strict QC system to supervise the quality and progress of the project. In terms of defining quality standards, we put them on paper in explicitness and details; as for research methods, we adopt clear models and supportive data and theories; for sampling techniques, the distribution of samples fits the distribution of sampling frame and the error of sampling method will be estimated too. The three tasks above will be confirmed and completed jointly by the project manager, research department and the client to guarantee the project quality.
While providing services to the client, we attach great importance to the interaction with our clients and strive for creating a cooperative atmosphere, in the hope of ultimately providing objective and practical research findings to our clients.
