Business proposals, the written documents on the current status and future development potential of a company or a project, are made by a company, enterprise or project owner after scientifically studying, analyzing, collecting and compiling all related information about the project for the purpose of attracting investments or other developing purposes. These business proposals are usually written in a certain form and contain certain information. A good business proposal often features focusing on product, eager for competition, thorough market research, convincing information, guidelines for actions, representation of excellent team, good financial budget, outstanding planning and etc.
The frame of a business proposal (the content of a proposal includes, but not limited to, the following parts):

Chapter I: Brief
Brief, the essence of the proposal, is a summary of the whole business proposal. In a way, whether the investor will choose your project is mainly determined by your brief. Without a good brief, there will be no investment.
Chapter II: Project Introduction
Introduction includes the basic information about the project, like the major equipment, production technology, production capacity and efficiency, quality control, inventory management, after-service, R & D and etc.
Chapter III: Market Analysis
This chapter mainly introduces the status of the product and the market, including the basic information of the target market, the development trend of the market, the market size and target customers' purchase ability and etc.
Chapter IV: Industry Analysis
Industry analysis mainly introduces the status of the industry which the enterprise is involved in and the position of the enterprise in the section or industry. We'll compare like enterprises and do SWOT analysis to find out the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
Chapter V: Marketing
This chapter introduces the development objectives, strategies, plan, execution plan and establishment of the overall marketing strategies and analyzes the risks.
Chapter VI: Management Team
This chapter introduces the management concept, structure, mode and the basic information about the major management personnel and consultant team, personnel allocation, salary standard.
Chapter VII: Financial Analysis
This chapter estimates the income and cost in the coming five years; make sales prediction statement, cost prediction statement, income statement, cash flow statement; work out the break even point (BEP), investment return period, investment return ratio and etc.
Chapter VIII: Fund Demand
This chapter introduces the amount of fund applied, and the way to apply the fund, detailed plan to use the fund.
Chapter IX: Fund Withdrawal
This chapter states investors how and when to recover their investments and what the return ratio will be.
X: Risk Analysis
This chapter explains what risks the project will face and how to deal with these risks.
Chapter XI: Conclusion
This chapter will make a conclusive summary of the whole business proposal
Chapter XII: Appendix
The appendix is the supplement of the proposal. Due to the limited space, some contents cannot be addressed in details in the body part, so these contents uncovered or other referential information will be available in the appendix to provide references to investors.
